Looking for JV Partners
Have Investor willing to loan up to $50M at 5% annual and 20% of profit on back end of deals. Need JV Partners to help me create the mass to ask for all of it....it would give us opp to use it for buy and hold deals...I have commercial deal that needs $120K for $5K Cash Flow (COC) monthly and $500K-$600K on back end in two years....with the 5% money, I increase the COC to $8K per month. We'll manage the pool and let everyone use it for NO MONEY DOWN buying with a % of COC and end profits.

getting started!
I am new to RE investing and am ready to get my feet wet with purchasing wholesale properties for buy/hold and flipping. I would like to get on anybody's e-mail list to be sent properties to analyze.
